The 100% ownership of Bankhaus J. Faisst OHG by Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. became effective on June 23, 2024. The relevant regulatory approvals were granted by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the European Central Bank (ECB) on July 27, 2024. Following the change in ownership, the bank’s head office was relocated to Frankfurt am Main.
In line with this change in ownership structure, the institution was officially renamed Yapi Kredi Bank Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG as of August 1, 2024.
