Yapi Kredi Bank Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG is committed to a digital environment accessible to all users. It is important to us that everyone can easily and barrier-free use our online information and services, regardless of individual conditions or assistive technologies used.
Compliance with Accessibility Requirements
Our digital channels have undergone an independent accessibility audit. This audit was conducted together with the software testing company VIRGOSOL, based in Istanbul, Turkey (https://virgosol.com). The evaluation followed the international WCAG-EM methodology (Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology) and is based on the guidelines of WCAG 2.1/2.2, Level A and AA.
Scope of the Audit
The following components were tested:
- The public website: https://www.yapikredi.de- The secured online banking environment: https://intbank.yapikredi.de
- The mobile banking app (for iOS, Android, and Huawei), including the digital onboarding process
The assessment was conducted with the aim of meeting the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA). Identified deviations were analyzed, and necessary improvements were implemented immediately.

Audit Results
The website and applications offering internet and mobile banking services were developed in full compliance with EU Accessibility Act criteria, and this conformance was confirmed by independent testing.
Third-party providers associated with these services have publicly announced that they will continue their developments in the area of accessibility compliance. Yapi Kredi Bank closely monitors the developments of the companies it commissions under the Accessibility Act and takes measures to improve compliance if necessary.
